Note to Owner: Our service is based on repairs and touch-ups of items that would normally occur due to settlement and product defects typical with hand-produced products such as: nail pops, settling cracks, and caulking cracks. Neither customer damage and/or custom colors applied by customer are covered in this warranty. We will paint over drywall repairs with the original paint color. Damages and minor surface irregulatires are not covered as part of the one year drywall service. Please note: Additional work not documented above will NOT be performed without Service Tech receiving supervisor/office approval from the builder
